Wines in the spotlight

Wines of a par­tic­u­lar vin­tage are grouped to­gether under the 'Vin­tage best' wine se­ries. They range from wines aged in barrique [oak] bar­rels to sweet spe­cial­i­ties, such as the high grade 'Beer­e­nauslese' and the 'Trock­en­beer­e­nauslese'.

Wines of the 'Vin­tage best' se­ries, being the best wines of a par­tic­u­lar year, can be de­scribed as true palate sooth­ing wines. They enjoy the spot­light both as solo wines or as ac­com­pa­ni­ment for se­lect dishes.
